Many of our clients do not need all the services provided by a
skilled nursing facility, we are here to provide services so that
you can live comfortably and with dignity in your own home. Cousins
Medical will work with you to formulate a care plan that incorporates
your needs, your wishes and your preferred schedule. We provide
quality care ranging from a few hours of assistance to twenty-four
hours a day; we are available to meet your needs.
Insurance Information
We will help you with all your Financial Questions. Cousins Medical
accepts most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid,
many other local & national insurance plans.
For your insurance to pay we need a prescription from your doctor.
We can work with your doctor on proving this for you.
Medicare Qualifications
- If you qualify, Medicare will pay 80% of the allowable cost
of your equipment and supplies. This amount depends on the type
of equipment or supplies you choose.
- If you have a second insurance, they will pay 20% as long as
you’ve met your deductible or spend down.
- We file all the necessary paperwork with your doctor and insurance.
